FAQ
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. We're 100% Australian owned and operated, and all orders ship directly from our Sydney warehouse.
What if it doesn't fit? Or if I don't like it?
No Worries! The Cocoon has a long, adjustable Velcro strap that's designed to fit most neck sizes. But if it's not right for you, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee so you can return it hassle-free.
What materials are used in the Cocoon Travel Pillow?
The Cocoon Travel Pillow is made from high-density memory foam and a soft, breathable premium cotton-based fabric cover for maximum comfort and support.
How do I clean my Cocoon Travel Pillow?
The cover of the Cocoon Travel Pillow is removable and washable.
Simply unzip the cover, remove it, and wash it with mild detergent.
As the Cocoon pillow cover is made from a delicate microfibre blend,
we recommend that you handwash it gently with cold water, in a small
bucket or tub. However, you can still use your regular detergent and
it is machine-washable.
